School Mentor Program

We know school can be overwhelming for some students. It’s not just about academics, it’s about managing emotions, navigating friendships, and finding a sense of belonging.

Our school based mentoring program was created to provide young people with a space to reset, move, connect, and reflect. Through a blend of physical activity and guided discussion, students gain tools that support emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence both in and outside the classroom.

What the Program Looks Like

Each session combines:

  • Warm ups and structured movement activities
  • Group discussions on wellbeing themes
  • Opportunities for reflection and personal development

This is not therapy, but a strengths based approach to wellbeing that uses mentorship, movement, and encouragement to create a meaningful experience for every student.

Designed for students aged 12 and up, the program runs over five weeks and explores a new theme each session. Sessions are led by a qualified mentor and strength coach, and tailored to meet the unique needs of your school.
